SHORT-TERM WORK PERMIT
Short-term work permits are designed for foreign workers undertaking work for up to 180 days. A short-term work permit must be accompanied by a special pass for initial entry into Tanzania and a residence permit to reside in Tanzania for up to 180 days.

The following quintessential documents must be submitted interalia with the application:
- Application form
- Copies of qualifications
- Detailed curriculum vitae
- Motivation letter from the host company
- Employment contract from the host company
- Detailed job description from the host company
- Sectoral approvals/ permits/ registrations
- Tax clearance certificate from the host company
- Business license from the host company
